Ureshaben Patel took ownership of Xzelent Inc on March 6, 2025 — but her relationship with food began long before. The heart of Fiskie's is her mother's cooking: real Indian home-style food, made with the kind of skill and love that no restaurant formula can replicate.

Under her leadership, Fiskie's built a loyal following across Boston's universities, corporate campuses, and community events. The food speaks for itself — and with Location 1 open at Harbor Point and a downtown opening on the way, the next chapter is just beginning.
